Sun Pharma considering selling Irish manufacturing plant


Sun Pharma, which is the one of the world’s largest generics companies, is looking at selling its Irish manufacturing plant. Sun Pharma has been looking at controlling costs since it purchased Ranbaxy Laboratories in March of this year. The Irish plant was owned by Ranbaxy, and Sun Pharma’s managing director, Dilip Shanghvi, has said that Sun would look at divesting from non-strategic businesses.
